Her literary works have garnered national and international recognition. Her literary memoir, Carnival of Love: A Tale of a Bahamian Family, her poetry collection, Shallow Water: a short history of where I’m from, and her recent novel, The Island of Shelbie Mott have been selected for inclusion in the national BJC and BGCSE Literature curricula across The Bahamas, highlighting her influence on Caribbean literature.

Currently, Fraser formerly served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English and the Coordinator of the University Writing Centre at the University of The Bahamas, where she worked to enhance academic writing and research skills across the university. Her teaching philosophy emphasized the development of students’ writing abilities, preparing them for academic success and professional growth.

Fraser’s passion for storytelling and education extends beyond the classroom. She currently teaches Creative Writing on her online platform EverythingEnglish242, where she instructs, consults, and coach other writers while sharing her expertise.
