Refunds and Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Fraser Books. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of your return request
• Items must be in their original condition (unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition)
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return
2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions
3. Ship the item back within 14 days of approval
Customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Ensuring the item is securely packaged
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Fraser Books is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
Refunds will include:
• The purchase price of the item(s)
• Original standard shipping (where applicable)
Refunds will not include:
• Return shipping costs
• Any premium or expedited shipping fees
All refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos and order details
If approved:
• A replacement or full refund will be issued
• Fraser Books will cover any associated return or replacement shipping costs
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
However:
• If your order has already been shipped, it must be processed as a return
• If your order has not yet been shipped, it may be canceled for a full refund
To cancel an order:
• Email us with your order number as soon as possible
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
• Digital products (eBooks, downloadable content, or courses)
• Personalized or signed copies
• Items marked “final sale”
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
These exceptions are in place in accordance with standard marketplace and digital commerce practices.
Late or Missing Refunds
